To be very honest with everyone, please do not book this hotel as their staffs are unprofessional as well as rooms are not good too. I booked grand delux room category but it’s an old property with not so cleaned. Rooms are smelling and they don’t have much options in breakfast. I burned my money here & it is a 5 nights booking of INR 25,700. I can recommend everyone please not to book this property otherwise you will disappoint yourself.

I went there to stay there for 5 days but rooms and service was too horrible that made me to leave hotel in a day time. I had to change 4 room in a same day because some or some other appliance was nor working. Rooms were completely in wear n tear condition. Ac was not working though. One advantage was the location and rooms were good in size. No matter how miserable was my stay but would like to thanks MADAN (hope not wrong with name) was so helpful throughout my stay! Breakfast had no options at all. rooms needs maintenance in my view! was not taking proper measures in this Covid situation.

The place is very well located. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. The room was also average but clean. The heater was overall the best since the temperature outside was very very cold. Only problem was we were staying in the first floor and they had party in the basement the music was way to loud for us to sleep. They could also increase their breakfast menu since it was very limited and not to my expectations. Overall the place is nice would recommend to anyone.

I would like to thank each n every staff at Guar Hotel. I stayed here for 3 weeks as I was getting married in Chandigarh. The service and hospitality providered by the every staff was A+. I would stay at this hotel again. Staff are so friendly and always there to help you. I miss you all guys. Thank u again for all the love n fun me n my family had while staying at the hotel.
